Accently respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, how it is stored, and your choices regarding your data when you use our Google Workspace add-on.

Accently collects and stores the following information:
- Google email address of the authenticated user
- Last selected language preference used in the add-on
We do not access, collect, store, or transmit any document content, file metadata, or personal data beyond the email and preference mentioned above.
3. How We Use Information
The information we collect is used solely to:
- Associate your language preference with your Google account
- Ensure a consistent user experience across sessions
- Support internal functionality (e.g., restoring preferences)
We do not use your email address for marketing, profiling, or analytics.
4. Data Sharing
We do not share, sell, or transmit any user data to third parties.
5. Data Retention and Deletion
We retain your email address and language preference usingPropertiesService.getUserProperties(), which stores data locally within your Google account's scope.
You can delete your stored data by:
- Revoking access to the add-on via your Google Account Permissions
- Removing the add-on from your Google Workspace
6. Data Security
All data is securely stored using Google Apps Script’s built-in UserProperties storage, tied to your individual account. We do not transmit or expose your data to any external server or third party. Access is limited to the authenticated session and only used for functionality within the add-on.
7. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Continued use of the add-on after updates implies your acceptance of the revised policy. The effective date at the top will always reflect the most recent changes.
